Bark BOTS is a traveling training school started in 2017 by Lana Corbo, MS whose love for the human-animal bond inspired her to cater her career to studying animal behavior. She has veterinary training, is fear-free certified, received a full scholarship all access pass from Dr. Ian Dunbar to his Behavior & Training Academy courses and has been accepted to become a KPA-CTP. Her specialties include the management of dog/cat aggression, separation anxiety, resource guarding, leash pulling and aggression, reactivity, and house training. These skills were acquired through the training of her own reactive pets under the mentorship of Mindy Cox, B.S., CPDT-KSA and Lisa Radosta, DVM, DACVB, as well as during her time spent in St. Kitts as a personal dog trainer, veterinary kennel dog trainer, and behavior consultant for the dogs and cats of neighboring countries, St. Kitts and Nevis. Her passion is rescue and rehabilitation and she saved over 30 feral dogs and cats who have all been rehomed. She has shadowed some of the greatest and most reknown doctors, behaviorists, and trainers, Dr. Lisa Radosta (DVM, DACVB), Mindy Cox (CPDT), Dr. Louisa Beal (DVM), Dr. Martin Godbout (DVM, DACVB), Dr. Erika Bebout (DVM), Dr. Elizabeth Kost (DVM) and Andrea Arden. She is inspired by the human-animal bond and looks forward to helping you strengthen that bond without the use of force or intimidation.
